Hari ini dalam sejarah.

Kalaulah mak ada saat ini di sisi,
Tentu mak bangga dengan adik.
Adik bukan macam dulu lagi...
Adik dah jadi insan berguna.
Adik tak lupa segala apa yang mak ajarkan...

Kek Musim Gugur (AUtumn Season)

3 cawan tepung gandum
500ml air paip
83ml minyak masak
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil jus lemon @ vanilla essence
i sudu besar butter (unsalted)
2 cawan caster sugar (gula yang sudah halus)

Untuk cream:

500g butter (unsalted)
1 cawan icing mixture (apa-apa jenama pun)
di OZ saya pakai jenama COLES. :P


Cara-cara,

bahan kek disatukan di dalam bowl,
mix with electric mixer until it becomes
mix well and good texture.

grease your plate or what ever you use for baking pan,
then pour the mixture into the baking pan.

put in in the oven
in 200degrees, about half an hour or when ever it cook well.

cold it then ready for the cream.
Butter in room temperature,
mix well with the icing mixture until it becomes
white and fluffy.

saperate it into how many colour you want.
then put the colouring in the bowl you have.

then decorate your cake, as what design you want it!
